Rota, Spain - OCONUS (Over Seas)

Has anyone lived in Rota, Spain? That is one the areas we might be headed to, so any input would be great

That's my BIL's next duty station, so I can't be of any help now. Hopefully someone else has been there.

I know you PMed about this but I just saw you are in virginia Beach. I am in Norfolk and have a million pictures of our 3 years there. Anytime you want to see pictures of the area just let me know. I LOVED out time there and we are itching to get back!

I lived there for three years and I would kill to go back! I had the time of my life. My daughter was seven when we went there and ten when we returned and she just loved it! The people there are so friendly! Let me know if there is any specific questions I can answer for you.

I just spent 2 weeks there and loved it!!! The people ARE so friendly and the area is beautiful!!!

I almost said screw it, I am staying forever!!!

Same here!!!!! I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Rota! Bill was there in 95 and loved it!! That is our dream billet.
