Washington Couples (or just ladies) evening in - NorthWestern U.S

I was thinking that once the weather starts COOLING DOWN (Geez it's HOT) that we should have a couples or just ladies evening in ( I could alway kick my hubby out for the evening) We would bring food (there would be a theme, say Mexican, Italian, or American Favorites) maybe some wine (if it's fall i make a very awesome gluvine, a warm spice wine that tastes almost like apple cider to me-if summer I can get some great chilled light wines) , and maybe a friendly game of Apples to Apples or Battle of the Sexes (or some other great game) or maybe a good movie.

I volunteered to entertain at my house but I have no AC and right now it's too hot to LIVE in let alone entertain in. But i think it would be fun to do at the end of summer or beginning of autumn.
