Ft. Lewis ladies, Help!

I know I haven't posted here in a while, but I really need your help right now.
I live on post and my house is infested with earwigs. Bry posted for me a few nights ago. I'm going through a bit of a personal crisis so she helped me out. Housing really doesn't care so we've decided to move out. I have a friend who studies bugs and he tells me that most likely they are living under the tiles and that we are going to need to bomb the entire house (The entire house has tile floor).
I'm not talking about seeing a few earwigs a day, these gross things are falling on me while I'm in bed!
So, I'm on the lookout for an apartment or house. One bedroom is fine. I have 2 well behaved medium sized dogs and a cat. I'm hoping to find somewhere that will let me live there, hopefully month to month, that isn't run by Equity Housing. I would prefer to pay less than $800 a month. And I'd like to move myself and my baby out of my bug infested house ASAP. Preferably to a decent area.
My other problem is that DH is currently deployed so I need somewhere that will allow me to sign a lease with POA.
Please let me know if you are aware of any place that fits my criteria.

Where I live fits but it's in Tacoma. It takes about 25 minutes to get to post.
