We forwarded our mail to my parents house for the mean time. You can also just use "general delivery" at whatever your new zipcode is, that will send it to the post office for you to check - but I'm always afraid I'll wind up losing mail if I do it that way.

Growing up we always had it sent to my mom's parents house. Our own family hasn't moved without having an address yet, but if we were to it would get forwarded to my mom's house.
Are you moving to the Bremerton/Bangor area? Are you looking to live in housing? If so, you might be able to call them and see if they can assign you a house over the phone. I'm not sure about Bangor, but Jackson Park has so many empty houses. I'm all alone in my building of 6 three bedroom units. We moved here as part of a Home Port Change and they assigned us a unit over the phone before we moved up here. I'm not sure if that was just because of the Home Port Change or what.

I asked the lady at the post office here and she gave me a form to fill out. They will hold all my mail here until we give them an address to sent it to. She said its very common.
I posted about this same thing a few weeks ago. I said Homeless to! |

We just do General Delivery to the zip code we are moving to and it works great...then when you get your address you just take it to the post office and they start delivering your mail to you

hmmmm...... That gives me a few options to think about. We are probably just going to have them hold it I guess. This is the first time we have moved without and address so it is new to me.
Thank you all again
