    Space Needle

Have you been to the space needle? Was it a nice day or ugly and gray?
We are leaving Washington this winter and I want to go before I leave. I don't plan on coming back out here. lol
If you went and it was a cloudy day was it still worth it?

I've never gone up. Nor do I plan on it, but for someone who's not scared like me I would totally recommend it.

    Please ask.

I'm scared shitless actually BUT I said I have to do it before we leave or I would probably regret it.

DH and I went up it last Dec and it was cool. It was raining out and VERY windy but you could see alot still. Kind of scary with the wind but fun too.

I've been up both. It is still worth the trip up on a cloudy day.

I went, it was April, so it was kind of gray but not bad. People told me I must have brought the nice weather from the east with me. No rain. No crowds, it was cool. Definitely something to mark off my list of things I should do. Nice views.

Go up and have dinner. The resteraunt revolves and makes a complete revolution once every hour. It is worth it if you're not coming back. You should go.

I've been twice. It's much more impressive if it's not cloudy. DB and I were just there last weekend (at night) for the ball, and that was really an awesome view. But I bet you can see more in the day.

Either way, half the fun is the view. So, if it's minimally cloudy - no big. But if it's super cloudy I doubt it'd be worth it. Damn thing is expensive now! It's awesome and absolutely worth it to go though!
