Del- I've already promised to help you move! When do you get the keys for your new place? My in-laws have Rowan all day on the 26th so I can help all day then if you want, plus if you don't mind Rowan being with me, we can come on other days too.

And of course your Dad is welcome! I'd love to meet him!

Ugh, so yeah. I'm still working on *where* I'm moving. Hoping to have that sorted soon.

But yeah. I live really close to a couple ferries, and right off I5 with lots of parking. So if we're carpooling, feel free to come meet at my place (if it's most convenient, I dunno?) in Shoreline and we can make sure like only one car is hitting up the ferry.

Though, if my daddy is still in town, I might drive separate in case he wants to come / leave early / whatever.

But, Peppermintrei, no worries, you'll get to meet him for sure. My dad's awesome!

Okay, I gotta go study for a Physics final... I dunno what to bring. Veggie burgers maybe? I'm sure I'll be trying to empty things out of my fridge!

yeah, del, you should bring veggie burgers.

we'll need buns & fixings too. we could each bring one.

the mukilteo ferry is the one we'd need to take, i think...about 45 mins from you, iirc.

lol i can make it from tacoma to mukilteo in 45 min... i drive fast but ya know. If u come up the I-5 corridor it is the last Lynnwood exit hope onto 405 north... just stay straight on that road and eventually u'll find the ferry lanes... maybe 10 min or so driving depending on lights and traffic.

    Del and Rei-
Yup! And I have talked to DB about this so he's planning on coming. I may take him to Anacortes to see his friend afterwords- or even be picking him up from there if we get back from Oregon early?

I have not yet sprung the assist with moving on him... but I will. He's used to it- having a truck and all. I'll either have his truck or him and his truck. We'll get you moved- and be able to go to the BBQ. Don't worry!

    Petsparkle-
I am not sure what I will bring- since we will be out of town most of the week before then moving Del. How about chips and dips? Let me know if you need paperplates or anything too.

We can carpool. I have a 4 door and so does Del. Del and I both get in the car so we may want to have a discussion about which vehicle to use.

Chips and dip sounds wonderful! Seriously, if you don't have time to get anything, don't worry. There's plenty of people coming so we're going to have mountains of food I think! I think I have enough paper plates from last time (and from DD's birthday party). They won't all match, but I don't think that's a big deal.

I'll bring a large veggie tray and a case of bottled water! Are there enough veggie eaters that I should bring two??

Should I bring some dairy free ranch dip too?
Sorry, I just realized I hadn't responded to this. I think one will be fine because we'll have a bunch of other things. Bottled water would be awesome! I think all of us are dairy eaters so unless it's for your health reasons you could bring a regular ranch dip if you want.
