We're not attached to the boat... still in Georgia, with orders to the Norfolk for the Jacksonville in Dec (well, reporting in January but we're leaving her in December).

I can see if they sell them here though for you.

Ok, so for you Norfolk sub ladies... where are the piers in relation to the city? Dh has me confused about what will be close and what won't be. I need to look at a map and start getting ideas. I'm pretty sure we want to live in VA Beach, but then someone metioned Ghent as being really cool if you don't have kids and can handle a small space.

But I need to figure out where the piers are before I can figure anything else out, kwim?

There is one sub pier and it is on Norfolk Naval Base , Gate 5 It is on Hampton Blvd in Norfolk
Ghent is close , about 10 min away
There are bad and good parts of every citiy there. Va Beach and Chesapeake(Parts) are safer.
Message me if you would like to know more. I am remporarily in Hawaii but should be back in Norfolk in Oct
