    Does anyone know if this just applies to those how have VA licenses or does it apply to ALLLLLLLLLLLLL drivers?!

    i think they just apply to people with VA plates and lisense becuase my DF has a cold air intake on his car and theres nothing the police can say about it because its a michiagn car so im pretty sure but i could be wrong so id check with a state office or something

    oh i was wrong i believe whatever that states traffic laws are, they must be obayed, becuase traffic laws very state to state and if you are in that state you must obay there laws

    It says at the bottom of the article that they can't charge the fees to out of state drivers, so it only applies to VA residents. So, you'd probably get the first big fee, but none of the yearly fees.

    It only applys to people registered in VA BUT they are trying to change that due to the outcry against the laws.

    Thanks! I was just wondering if things have changed since the article was published. I'm also wondering how long this law will last before people fight to cancel it.

    But we had cali plates for a while here, but we lived here, so we were residents here....I always thought that your plates didnt tell where you were a resident, it was your address..
