We Virginia gals need to do a weekend at King's Dominion or Bush Gardens. I love KD and I have never been to Bush Garden's but either one will be fine. I know KD opens the 1st weekend in April. Let's talk about it and do it!!

I'd be all for it as long as we could afford it. My husbands command is thinking of doing some kind of thing at Busch Gardens when they open this spring.

You can get discount tickets to King's Dominion at Giant grocery stores with a card. If we can set a date and get a final head count I could get the tickets and could be reimbursed the day we go.

Well military and there dependents get into busch gardens free. so most of the girls around here ( expect those like me who aren't married) can go there for no cost other then parking and food. I'd rather go to Kings Dominion tho b/c i havn't been in forever.

Well Shannon maybe we could all meet up at King's Dominion one weekend that the guys could come with us. I will keep in contact with you about it and for everyone else I will be willing to come down to Bush Garden's whenever as long as it is a weekend and I am not on call for the hospital.

We went to BG this past year and my 7 year old and I got to ride The Loch Ness Monster together for the first time. The one and only other time I went to BG I was a little girl (around his age) and not tall enough for Nessis!!! I was SOOOOOOOO upset!!! But it was neat that we got to ride it together, his VERY FIRST roller coaster and my FIRST ride on NESSIE!!! I just thought it was neat!!!

OK good!! We will keep in touch with this. I know King's Dominion opens the first weekend in April but I don't know about BG's.
