Some parts of Little Creek Rd are sketchy but others aren't bad...the same with Oceanview. He will have to go and check out the particular area. Are you going to be able to view the area before moving?
If you can't go before hand and your scared though see if he can only sign like a 6 month lease and then you won't be stuck in one place for to long. don't be to scared it's not as bad as other make it out to be...I personally fell in love with hampton roads...yeah there were things i didn't care for to much but as a whole i liked it alot.

I lived off Oceanview when I lived there, it was Ok, not the greatest of areas but I mean it's ok. I don't suggest it to much if your going to be on your own alot, not much a safe place i didn't think anyways, DH was gone alot and I was new to the area and i hated it, i lived about 1/2 mile from Granby St.

We used to live off of Little Creek in the Arbor Pointe Apts. They were ok. Nothing super fancy but reasonably priced & we never had any problems. We lived there just shy of 3 years.
Oceanview is really changing for the better. They were building a lot of nice houses, etc. Like was said, some areas are nice others aren't. Which apartments is he looking in to? |
