    Hello Daycare in HR

    Advertisements
I've been considering putting my oldest daughter in daycare 2-3 days a week for a couple hours in the mornings to give me more time to grocery shop/clean/etc...Does anybody know how long the waiting list is at the child care center on base? (Norfolk). Also, does anybody know how much the daycare costs? I know it's based on your DH's rank; My DH is an E4. Is there anyway to look that kind of info up online? If not on base, how much do YOU pay for daycare?

Sorry for so many questions...just trying to get things in order for our big move!!

    Thanks!!
    Sad, sad, sad. Pathetic, actually.

I have been looking into preschools for my daughter who is 2 1/2 but will be 3 by the time school starts. I am finding that their 2 day program (Bascially either 8-noon, or 9:30-1) run about $125 a month. The ones I have looked at are at churches but both of them had a 2 yr old program if not younger. You may want to check that out.

I don't know about on base daycare but I do have one STRONG recommendation Do not put your child in Childtime daycare. This is coming from experience you do not want you child there.
    DREAMS CAN COME TRUE
