    hampton roads donation places?

    Advertisements
Does anyone know of any places in the Hampton Roads area that take gently used prom/formal dresses?
Also, I heard on the news a while back about a women's shelter that takes gently used professional clothing to give to the women to help with getting jobs. Does anyone know of that one or any other that does the same?

I'm not looking for answers like:goodwill, CHKD, etc. I'm looking for the more specific places for these two types of items.

Honestly, i don't think a woman's shelter would need formal dresses, i think they want more buisness type things.

You could however, donate it to a shelter-based thift store where all the money goes back to the shelter itself....

I've been like this- for the past couple of days. Being sick and this being our first pcs is making me lose my mind. DH says I've been talking in circles lately. Anyways-I'm trying to have some good come out of it through donating all the stuff that I don't use, or haven't ever used.
