Day trips from Baltimore?
Ok Maryland ladies! I need help. I live in Baltimore and our 2 year anniversary is coming up in Febuary. I would like to do a special day trip or something for kinda cheapish. Maybe even just a night at a hotel around the harbor or something. Anyone have any ideas? Any info on how to plan a trip?
I would welcome any ideas anyone has! Thanks!

Philly is a good day trip. The art museum is a must. You can re-enact the Rocky scene.
 And there's a really good martini bar that Serpentine, TallBlondie83 and I found in the old city. DC is also nice. I love drooling in the gem section of the Natural History Museum. Annapolis is also absolutely adorable. It's my favorite place in MD, hands down. See if you can score tickets to the candlelight toours of the State House. My first kiss with J was standing on the Annapolis docks watching the lights from the boats glitter off the water. I know a divine Italian restaurant down there, too. Talk about romantic.  You could head over to the eastern shore. St. Michaels is very quaint. Or head to Ocean City. Off season hotel rates are much cheaper, and it's sooo quiet at that time of year.

Williamsburg is only 3 hrs away too. Go to http://visitmaryland.org/Pages/Welcome.aspx there's tons of events and different places to visit.

I vote annapolis or st. michaels .. Both have amazing things to do, pretty much anything you would want in a 'romantic' getaway <3 I am from about 10 miles from Annapolis and I cant wait until I can play a 'get away' there...

I'd suggest Shenandoah too! My husband and I have been wanting to visit the Natural Rock Bridge.
