I haven't heard of any of those specific apartments but thats cause Im on the other end of the bridge but had a bad experience with Mid-Atlantic Properties management. They have fees for everything and they are expensive for nothing!!! They charged us a transfer fee of $1800.00 for paperwork!!! :mad :mad :mad I told DF to report them because that is just ridiculous!!!
Drucker and Falk were good though!! The management should be looked at too, JMO though!! Good Luck on fidning a nice place!!!!

Chase Arbor and Runaway bay are nice, and in pretty good areas
I don't know what your price range is but some others your might like are Salt Meadow Bay(va beach close to the beach) and Adalay Bay (which is chespeake)

This is where I lived almost 2 years ago when Tony and I first moved to Va. It's in Chesapeake. They are a little expensive. The apartemtns are VERY roomy though! Hell, Alex had 2 walk in closets in his bedroom lol. I don't know if the prices on the site are accurate since they havn't been updated since 2004.

or you can try The Harbours ...it's in Newport News, VA... If you go to apartmentguide.com and then search the name, it should come up as one of the first ones on the list. Its on Waters Edge Drive. It's really a great neighborhood and they have lower prices for military. On the website it has a map, photos, and floorplans you can look at. I'd call for the prices though. It's a good area and everything you need is right down the street. I just moved here 5 weeks ago and I learned this area quick. I like it way more than Virginia Beach. In fact, everyone that i've talked to says they like this area better than virginia beach and its just 15 minutes away from n.o.b. Virginia beach is getting overly crowded with traffic and its especially bad during the summer (tourism time).
It's worth taking a look at though. Good Luck with the apartment hunting! |
