SINGLES CLUB/GREAT LAKES G2G!!!! - North Central U.S

Alright ladies, we have been talking about it long enough!!!

Several of us ladies from the singles forum are from the great lakes area...and I know there are some other ladies on this board who are from Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.

So here is the tentative plan:
Since some people will be coming from farther away, the idea I got was to meet up in Michigan and spend a weekend on the beaches and camping. If you only want to come for one day, that is fine. Bring your own tents/food etc.
Ill have to get a final count probably a month or so before the actual trip so I can book however many camp sites we will need. Camping was the idea just because it will be less expensive. If anyone has a different idea, we can roll with that too...right now its all tentative and up for discussion!!
So the two dates I was looking at:
JULY 10-12 (Friday-Sunday)
or
JULY 24-26 (Friday-Sunday)
Post letting me know which would work better for you.

There is also Muskegon state park...which seems to have more hiking and such. Im not 100% sure which would be better, so any opinions are welcome!!!

If anyone else is coming from Milwaukee or even the Chicago area, I plan on taking the "Lake-Express" over.

So far that first weekend I may be able to do.

So far there are four of us....lol. I think MissDanni said she might be able to also, if she can get off work. I will send her a message about this thread.

Did you check out the two parks? Does anyone have a preference?

the second weekend works for me!! I havent scheduled that far for work so I can just take it off then

aghhhh I'm super excited and it will be sooooo warm then!! Both the places you picked look good, I havent been to either of them, and I've actually only camped once

OMG i'm so stoked!
