Anyone into horse racing?



I will be going to Chicago [well just south of it to Cicero] on April 4th for the Illinois Derby [website says its $3 admission for live racing, I'm not sure if this will change for that race].



I will be in Kentucky from April 30 - May 3 for the Kentucky Oaks & Derby any ladies near Louisville want to meet?

no it's at Hawthorne in Cicero [it looks to be just south of chicago]

and I'm thinking about maybe making this a weekend thing, there are races saturday & sunday so I might get a hotel and just make it a whole trip =) one of my Derby favorites is nominated for the IL Derby [Friesan Fire]

I should be back at ft campbell then, but that is near hopkinsville and I'll be WAY too busy with a new baby to travel up to louisville.

I've been through hopkinsville once.. DB got me lost cause he confused me on how to drive back home HIS way... I wasn't paying attention and started heading back south!

I've been to Churchhill before but NEVER on Derby Day.. I requested an Infield package for the Oaks and Derby and I've excited! I think my best friend is going with me
