I think perhaps Kensington really isn't up on what the church in Utah does. Or what the members of the church in Utah do. Or what the members of the same church in others states do.

And I think Carmen would be annoyed she is using his words. Last time I heard him his type of christianity was accepting. Who knows though....things could have changed since I was a believer.

I've got a very good friend in Utah, and I feel terrible for the way he's been treated by the Church there, the way its made him feel. He's 24 and can barely talk to girls, has never been kissed or had a crush on a girl, and is literally afraid of sex because the Church has drilled into his brain that sex is evil.

Oh I know. BUT if you aren't married by the time you get back from your mission (if you are a guy) or almost out of high school (for girls) it is like you are doomed forever to be single and should be scorned.
