It's back up again, I am viewing it now. I <3 my walmart trips... they always make my day- for more reasons than one- their really cheap and that's awesome! Lol. I saw a picutre of some ass who tied his goat to his truck.. that's just animal cruelty in my opinion... personally, I think the sites funny.

Honestly, they could but I highly doubt they'll get a lawsuit slapped on them, there are millions of sites like this--liek their one goths in the sunlight.. or goths outside? or something like that making fun of goths when they go outside and it's been around for agessssss apparently and nothing... honestly until a week ago I didn't even know either of these sites existed I don't think their that popular yet...maybe once it gets big like fml.com someone will recognize themselves on there and slap them with a lawsuit..

(I had just had surgery.) I wasn't offended and I didn't sue anyone. I laughed at myself. I've never met a self-respecting person that couldn't laugh at themselves. I got a bit of a out of the site. It seems to be done in "decent" taste. They're not being nasty or cruel about the people so I don't really see a problem with it. Then again, I'm not that touchy about things like this.

I know, I just keep thinking about people like my mom, who does not dress
to the latest fashions. Sometimes she wears what is more comfy, she is disabled. To someone else she is a fashion disaster. People could be taking pic of my Mama, or someone elses Mama.

I think the reason the site doesn't offend me as much as others is because I am indeed a fashion disaster myself...so is my mother...so is my grandmother. We look like pure hell when we go to the grocery store and we don't give a **** who laughs at us. Just the way we're wired. We'd get a giggle if we found ourselves on there. (And, I cannot express to you how possible that is...If there are any from Gardendale, AL on there...we may be in trouble with the way our clan looks when we go to the store...lol.) I also have no problem laughing at myself, either. It's just the way I am. But, I'd be the first to say something if I saw something cruel on there.
But, I will admit, I also haven't dug too deeply into the site either. Maybe there's something I'm missing. It was creeping when I looked at it so only a few pictures came up on the three or four pages I tried to view. I just saw a bunch of mullets...Mullets make me laugh.

Because of this thread, I am going to WalMart with my family while I'm down in Alabama next week in our "usual" WalMart attire...I'm gonna take a picture of us and submit it to the site. It'll be in the family's Christmas newsletter this year. This could be fun...

Yep, I completely agree. To me, taking someone's picture without their permission is a personal violation akin to "identity" theft. You have taken something from them and you have maintained the power to do whatever you want with it.

I wonder if these same people would feel comfortable with some creepy guy taking their picture because he liked the way their boobs were shaped or really loved the curve of their jeans.
