Chips in official IDs raise privacy fears
And seeing as how our men and women have these in the IDs I thought this would be interesting to post.

the military id's don't have rfid's in them though.
according to my husband they have to physically be inserted to be read  either way, makes you worry about all those enhanced cards now

yeah the cac cards you have to insert them into the reader for them to be read. I have one and so does dh.

I hate all the personal information that is out there on the members ID's. The sponsor's Social has to be on them. I think that is a privacy issues that should get resolved.
Personally, I hope that the commy, BX, and all military places that "require" it goes to the last 4 only. Just to be safe.
