I am not a noob
... I swear I'm not. Just making a fresh start, and under the required 6-month minimum for voluntary bannings, I am creating a new username. It's been a lovely break, but as this truly is the best place on the internet to get first-hand information on confusing military dependent issues, here I am back. Not as a mod, just as a member, and with a clean slate and new outlook on the goings on of all internet forums.
