New here! - Newbies

everyone! Hmm...where should I begin?...My SO is a "squid," 7 years in! We've been together for a little over a year, and things have been great

We have had lots of ups and downs, as every relationship does, but in the end all that matter is that we love each other, and there's nothing we wouldn't do for each other.
I found this site through a random Google search after SO was TAD to sea duty a few days ago. He will be back in a few weeks!

That's all there really is to say right now, lol, sorry there's not much for you all to go on. I have a HUGE graduate's exam tomorrow morning, so I need to get back to studying now!
I do want to add that I am not yet comfortable giving out my name or anything about my SO, given some things we have had to deal with in the past. I hope, in time, I get to know some of you well enough to let my guard down a bit, and I hope any advice/opinions I give will be reciprocated when the time comes
