YAY!! I am so excited for you!!
The only thing that I would suggest is to have SOME disposables on hand. Couple of reasons: 1. The first few poops are GROSS!! (The meconium poops....the black tarry ones....they could stain!!) 2. If your baby (when he/she is older) has diarrhea, would be easier. 3. IF your baby has diaper rash (which is RARE in CD babies) you can use desitin. Most CDs don't recommend using creams in their diapes. Hope that this helps....and have fun momma!!

That's great! I love CDing. If you want to CD before the baby passes the menconium, just use liners. Honestly, a good sunning got rid of any staining that happened b/c of that.
For what you put over it -- they have waterproof covers and also there are cloth diapers that are exactly like disposable -- All In Ones -- except you wash them. Those are the best for daycare. |
