Not pooping for 3 days is normal for EBF babies. They can actually go up to a week or more without a bowel movement, and that's normal.

If the issue is gas though, you could try gripe water

My middle daughter was EBF, and her longest between poops was 18 days.. I can count on one hand the number of times she pooped in her first three months.. No lie, in three months she probably pooped 5 times.

It's hard to wrap your head around, but it's normal.. Have you tried bicycling his legs? He might just have a fart stuck.

    I did bicycle his legs
The only reason I'm worrying about it is because he seems like he's in pain trying to poop! He farts then get's all red & wails I gave him gas drops but it didn't do anything and he already farts 24/7 He got that from daddy...

Are you staying hydrated? Em got realllllllly constipated when I was slackin on my water intake. I aim for 80 ounces or more per day.

I tripled my water intake on the days she was constipated and she usually had relief the next day or same day. I also cut out everything drink wise except for water until Ive had my quota for the day.

Chase was constipated the other day. I put Vaseline on a thermometer and put it up the butt. He pooped a couple hours later.
