    Is it normal...

To still be bleeding at almost 8 weeks pp? It's not consistent but it just started again today and it's bright pink. Over the last couple weeks I've had some old blood every couple of days. I go to the doctor on Thursday so I was going to ask her then, I'm just curious if anyone else had this.

I bleed for awhile. Well spotted. I had stopped for a couple of days and then started up again. Like full blown but then it slowly stopped again.

It's probably been almost a week since I've had anything, maybe a little less. It's not heavy, I did feel some cramps this morning I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It is normal for it to be erratic when it starts to slow down, but if it's been that long it might be your first PP period.

Aw man, I was hoping I wouldn't have one for a while since I'm pumping.

I bled on and off for over ten weeks. Heavy and period like at the beginning for almost two weeks (not super heavy but it was always there) then would spot, think I was done for a few days then it was back. Sucked so bad. But, looking back, I'd take that and no period until Wyatt was eight months old than being done with PP bleeding quickly and getting a period right away.

Definitely check with your doctor, though, because you may be like me or it may be your first PP period.

Unfortunately pumping doesn't always have the same awesome period stopped effects that straight from the breast can. How often do you pump?
