    Another pumping question....

    Advertisements
I have another question for you awesome mommas! Is it normal to have double the milk in one breast? I'm not sure if this is because I'm pumping or if it just happens. I get 4-6oz consistently from my left but only 2-3oz from my right. I'm not worried since she's not drinking much at this point, just curious.

    TIA

For the short while that I pumped, I always got more out of my left.

"Thank you so much. No matter what, nothing is possible without you behind the scenes bustin heads and takin names. Thank you again. Everything you have done for me means a lot and nothing has gone unnoticed. I love you so much and thank you for saying 'I do.'"

My left always produced more than my right, by about 2-3 ounces. It's totally normal.

Totally normal! I usually used the "smaller" side to nurse first because I was paranoid that my supply would dwindle even more and I would have super wonky boobs.

Yep I had the same thing, too. My righty was lazy but my lefty was a CHAMP. I could get 5-6oz out of my right side consistently and my left could fill an 8-10oz bottle easy.

Yes one side was overflowing the bottle. I would have to stop and empty just one bottle
