    Slowed breathing?

    Advertisements
I just assume its from the lack of sleep or my lungs readjusting to the extra room, but has anybody experienced slower breathing at night postpartum? I feel like at night breathing isn't as natural as during the day like there's a heaviness to it. Anybody experience this?

can you tell I don't like going to the doctors? Every question I have my first thought is "ask MSOS!"

    be cool.

My girls were both breech and VERY up in my lungs with their giant heads (especially Nikaia) so it definitely felt a lot different to breath after they were born, like I could feel myself breath when before it was automatic and I didn't notice I was doing it. I can't remember how long it took before I stopped noticing it though.

When your lungs have an increase in volume, their efficiency increases as well, so they don't need to breath as often.
