Cradle cap or just dry skin?

Either way, it's not bad but i'd like to know which one it is. It's only those two patches on either side of his head.

I'm just getting around to posting this so those pics are about 2 days old. It's a little worse & not as spread out as that but it's not yellow or oily at all.

Looks exactly like Baubsie's cradle cap. The scrubby brushes and a bit of baby oil will clear it right up

Definitely Cradle cap. Get a comb & baby oil, and comb it out.

Okay, that's what I thought. I've been shampooing it pretty well & have been going over it with oil & the comb every night so I guess I'll just keep doing that. Thanks!

I see that in babies all the time when I used to work in childcare. Looks exactly like all the cradle cap "cases?" I've ever seen.

    be cool.

From what I've read, the cause is unknown. Just another lovely normal baby thing.

Don't they shed a lot of skin or something during their newborn stage?
