    Eureka!

    Advertisements
Cameron always has really foul, painful gas. Some days we have to give him gripe water after every feeding. We thought maybe it was a food intolerance, but I don't eat anything on a regular daily basis. Last night we were talking to my mom when we both had a light bulb moment at the same time. The ONLY thing I have everyday is Crystal Light.

I googled if Crystal Light makes babies gassy, and I found out that citric acid (the first ingredient) can make people crampy and gassy. Bingo! So I cut that out. It totally sucks though. I love my cherry pomegranate juice.

That's so interesting that Crystal Light was making your baby gassy. They really do get almost everything you get. So weird. I'd definitely get some POM. So much better! Unless the sugar messes with your diabetes. No clue how that works.

Yeah, the only time I have juice is when I'm low (POM has 37g of sugar...so yeah, it's a no go even when I'm low). That's why I drink Crystal Light. I can't drink milk, I hate pop, and I can't have juice. A girl has to have something with some flavor!
