    Breastfeeding and weight loss?

    Advertisements
Brylee is almost 5 months this is the longest I have breastfed any of my 4....that being said I have lost all my weight I gained during pregnancy but I still have 30 pounds extra I need to lose. I have started working out and cutting out sugars. Any advice? I drink lots of water I don't know if I should just wait and worry about it when I am done or if working out and eating good will help.

No matter what, working out and eating good will help.

Whether you should wait and worry about it in the future? It depends on your goals. Are you in a hurry to lose the extra 30lbs? Is working out adding too much onto your plate at the moment? Do you have the time to make and stick to a schedule, right now?

It's all about what you and your goals, really.

I really want to feel better about myself...I feel like when I work out I eat better too! My hubby has been really supportive to watch them while I go workout and it is sure nice to get quiet time for myself...LOL I guess your right its all about goals and its great to have them

Just eat right work out but don't calorie restrict much. Cutting out the bad food will greatly help.

Yeah that is what I am trying. I eat the same dinner everyone else does and then if I am hungry I grab fruits and veggies!
