What do you do to relieve your baby's pain? It breaks my heart that he's hurting, and he doesn't like ANY of the teething toys I've gotten for him.

Have you tried letting him just chew on a cool wet wash cloth? That's how I get dd to calm down when her teeth are bothering her.

DH: Thank you. ME: For what, babe? DH: For being you.

Addison loves chewing on frozen teething rings. Teething tablets, or Hyland's teething gel.

If you let him use a binky, try putting it in the freezer or fridge for a bit. When he gets older, he can gum on an apple slice with you sitting there of course LOL. Apple slices, teething tablets, and a cold wash cloth were the only thing that helped Mad. My pedi suggested taking some infant's benadryll and using my pinky to rub some on her gums to help with the swelling.

I would freeze carrots or celery for Lolo.
The ONLY teething toys she ever liked were these three:
    Avent Front Teeth Seahorse Teether
    Avent Middle Teeth Fish Teether
    Avent Back Teeth Fish Teether

My MIL found them at Sears when we got them. She LOVED them (especially the seahorse..it's nose is perfect for teething!)

I also would give her a tiny bit of infant tylenol or some orajel if it was bad.

OH and I found this: http://pinterest.com/pin/9288742952037580/ on pinterest and thought it looked brilliant!

Great suggestions. I wish my baby girl would like teething rings and such.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I'll have to get some of the teething tablets for sure.

OH and I found this: Beckham! / "Momsicles" Perfect for teething babies. A popsicle made with breastmilk, formula, or water - you just need a pacifier, and evenflo bottle cap! Brilliant! on pinterest and thought it looked brilliant!
Ooh, that "momsicle" looks like a GREAT idea! Thanks. We'll have to try making those.

I totally forgot about the Amber necklace. It is amazing indeed. Buy him one of those first. He will be a much happier baby for sure.
