When did you start working out again?

I feel like I could now and I would be fine!

I want to get my fit body back!

You feel better than you actually are at first. I know how tempting it is, but RESIST until you are cleared by your doctor. Take it from me, I KNOW.

    This

I felt great a few weeks after my c-section. The important thing right now is to let your body finish healing and not push yourself whatsoever. If you do that before your doctor can clear you, you can end up setting yourself waaaay back.

It's major surgery, be prepared for six weeks of no strenuous exercise.

Just trying to help a fellow section mama out.

I pushed it with Kaia and I caused myself to bleed like crazy from doing too much. I thought I was all good, hadn't bled since a few days after I left the hospital... then two weeks out I was like 'HELL YEAH I FEEL GREAT!' and went shopping all day and took a walk around the neighrborhood and came home gushing blood and bled for like a week. SUCKED SO BAD.

    I feel ya.

But seriously OP, I had my PP appointment at 4 weeks and was completely healed. My doctor still told me to take it easy until 6 weeks, but I didn't listen I ended up bleeding until I was nearly 9 weeks PP.
