    Has anyone dealt with PUPP?

In case you don't know what it is, it's a series of itchy red bumps all over your body caused by hormones from having a baby.

I have this and it's really bad and so, sooooo annoying!

My doctor gave me cream for it, but that's useless!

Any other mamma's go through this and know how to calm the itching?

I just want to be able to sleep!!!

I had it but I was still prego at the time. One of the things the Dr (dermotologist) told me was to use Head and Shoulders (one in the blue lid). it has zink in it and it helps. Something about the zink helps the itching
    It took longer than we thought. Now 2 IUI's, 3 IVF's, 1 FET .
One day at a time, one step at a time, and one day we will get there.

I had it during my pregnancy with my twins and there was nothing that helped. I used lotion with oatmeal, I think it was by Aveeno, and that helped a little. They can give you a steroid cream but my doctor wouldn't do anything because I was in that "any day now" phase. It did go away on its own after 3-4 weeks, but it was so so awful. I wouldn't wish it on anyone! I wish I had better advice!

On a side note, you are less likely to have it in subsequent pregnancies and it's much more common with boys.

I had it after the twins were born, I did the steroid script to make it go away...I was miserable. I feel your pain.

I think it was better feeling by like the second day? The twins are almost 7 so it was a while ago. I am pretty sure that I was ok to save what I pumped for them as well, if you are BFing and had concerns about that, I would double check to be sure though. It will so be worth it, I itched like crazy, miserable

Sun burn aloe vera gel and put in the fridge. It was the only thing that helped me.
