I tried at around 5 months with each, but they didn't seem to really love it to around 6-7 months.
Damien loved his jumper thingy from like 4-5 months until he was too heavy for it. Lyric liked hers for like 2 minutes.
Anabelle does not like her jumparoo very much. She only likes the part that plays music, and she would rather play with it while NOT sitting in it lol
We didn't do a jumperoo until Kaia could sit really well on her own for an extended amount of time. I didn't want to risk hurting her spinal development. She was 5 months but that varies for a lot of kids. She only used her cousins until we got her her own but that was much later. The exersaucer we started using at 3 months when she had strong head and neck control. We had to stuff blankets in behind her because the seat was WAY bigger than she wasbut she loved it!
Jameson is in his exersaucer now (3 months). As soon as they have head support and control and their legs are long enough, I let them in it. I am looking into jumperoos but hope to fend him off of it until he's 4 months. My older two went into them around 4 to 5 months old.
We have both. A preferred the saucer from 4 mons , and at 9.5 she started enjoying jumper. Jax loved his jumper from 4 mons old and on. Bella preferred the jumper.
Thank you! I think I've still got a little while before shes able to but she already loves standing while I hold her so I think she will like the exersaucer eventually. Just have to work on the head movement and control. Thanks again, it gives me an idea of when I should start looking to purchase one.
We have one of each. Our exersaucer was given to us and it's aimed at older kids (since it has a book that you turn pages, etc) but Eleanor still enjoyed the hanging toys around 4 months. Once we realized she like it, we put together her Baby Einstein jumperoo that she has and she LOVES that. I'm glad we have one of each. I keep one in the living room and one in the spare room across from the bathroom, so that I can get ready and keep her entertained at the same time.
