    Well thats semi-disappointing

I got really excited because my bleeding had pretty much stopped for two days. I was even able to go without a pad for a day. Well I guess I got excited too soon because the past two days I have been bleeding way more. I'm very close to calling the doctors because I am just shocked at how I went from almost nothing to how much it is now.

I dont think Im to the point of going through a pad an hour but probably every 2 hours. And there is a lot of clotting. Did anything like this happen to anyone else?

You just had baby girl, correct? If yes, then that's totally normal. Or it was for me anyway. Annoying as all get out, but normal. Friggin' Aunt Flo.

DH: Thank you. ME: For what, babe? DH: For being you.

I would call the doctors just to be safe. Bleeding isn't something to mess around with.

It's better to be safe than sorry!! Not to worry you, but I found out I have a bleeding disorder upon noticing an irregular period

I didn't, but several moms I know experienced another surge of heavy bleeding before they stopped altogether.

Thank you! And yes, I had my little girl 4 weeks ago. Since I posted this I havent had to change my pad so its not as bad as having to change it every hour. I am just going to keep an eye on it and call if it my pad-changing gets any worse or I get more worried. For now I think I am okay. Last night scared me because it felt like I was gushing whenever I got up to feed her but I realized that it was just from laying down.

Ugggg, like I've said before, I will never complain about a regular period again

I had clots nearly as big as my baby's head (I felt like I was giving birth again) and bled for 8 weeks.

I would call just to be safe. If your uterus and fundus are in the right place, it's okay, but it could be a sign that everything isn't healing the way it's supposed to.
