How soon after post partum did you take a bath? I love to take baths and was told not to buy wasn't told for how long. I'm dying to soak in the tub and read.

They always told me not until after my pp bleeding stopped or I had my pp visit, whichever came first. I still haven't had one this time around just because I haven't had uninterupted time. It's at the top of my list when DH comes home!

Depends on if you have had a c-section or vaginal birth. In your case you are good to go. I couldn't soak in the tub for 6 weeks. But I showered the day after in the hospital. I couldn't wait to be able to take a shower.

Oh, dude. I took a bath the night I got home from the hospital lol. I was in SERIOUS pain and the only time I could sit on anything other than a donut (even in the bath, I had to use multiple folded towels to cushion) was in the bath. So you better believe I took a bath ASAP!
