    PP cramping?

    Is it normal to still get some light cramping at 2wks PP? I haven't had any since day 2 or 3 I feel some light cramping today.. my activity level has picked up.. but bleeding is same..

    Are you breastfeeding? I didn't experience much cramping after mine, but I've heard it's normal in the early postpartum weeks. Increased activity can cause cramping and heavier bleeding/lochia.

    When the nurse line from my hospital called, I asked about the same issue. They told me that an increase in activity can cause cramping and an increase in bleeding.

    Yes, i'm b/f I just havent had any cramping since day 2 or 3 so.

    I didn't have any cramping until last week. It was actually so bad, I was in tears for about an hour.

    totally normal. try using a heating pad or taking a nice warm bath.
