    oh help the new mommy!

    Ok
so trying to figure out what I will NEED for the drive from here to VA.
Already decided baby is either gunna sleep in bed with us. Or on a blanket on the floor.

but my plan is to pump while hubby drives so we don't have to stop as much to feed baby.
What will I need for my pump?
(I have a medela swing pump)
This is what is in my shopping cart so far:
Medela BPA Free 3 Pk Breast Milk Bottles - 5 oz. - Medela - Babies "R" Us
I need more then two bottles to pump in. Think 5 will cover me?
Lansinoh Brand Lanolin Topical Breast Cream - 2oz. - Lansinoh Laboratorie - Babies "R" Us
THats just a general need. Unless someone can point me in the direction of a better cheaper one.
Medela Quick Clean Breastpump & Accessory Wipes - 24 Pk - Medela - Babies "R" Us
You need to cleam the pump after each use right??
    Medela Quick Clean Micro-Steam Bags - 5ct - Medela - Babies "R" Us
And since you have to boil the parts at the end of the day right? idk. but I'll be living in hotels and such for a while and won't have access to everything I would need in a normal home.
I'm so confused on what I will need.

Do they have some type of plug in car charger for the pump? Dont wanna run out of battery power while your pumping.

Or is it a hand pump?

Towels, or breast shields. Both breasts are likely to let down at the same time.
It's true I must be going, but I swear I won't be long

Make sure you have extra towels and plenty of boob pads. You can and probably will leak.

I had some washable ones that were way better than the disposable ones, but disposables are probably better if you're going to be living out of a hotel for a while.

I think a car adapter will be MUCH better than batteries, I'd try talking him into it lol. You can run the batteries low in just 1 pump session.
