Have you tried a sling or wrap? That was my lifesaver! I highly recommend the Moby wrap. I see more and more dads at the mall wearing babies now!

how long has your wife been gone? Is this your first deployment? Definitely don't be afraid to ask for help, that's what we are here for and to let you know these crazy want-to-pull-your-hair-out phases do not last forever even though they may seem to.

Hi! Welcome to MSOS! (CUTE KIDS, btw!) I'm not a mommy, but I've been working with toddlers for 5 years. I once worked with a 4 year old boy who had night terrors while his dad was deployed. His mom used to take him to some sort of counseling or therapy for young children, which she claimed helped a lot. They use things like coloring and other activities/play to help the child communicate his/her feelings about things. I'm no expert, but it may help! I think all the moms and dads on here should be able to help you out! MSOS is very helpful!

    Hi Welcome to MSOS!

    Your kids are such cuties!

Is there any support groups in your area that could help you out?

What could be keeping the little one up all night? is he colic-y? fussy? teething?

have you tried night lights with the older one? play music at night.. (to me some reason, at night when i was very young, having music on helped sooth me (or so my parents told me))
