I had my firstborn son about 3 weeks ago via c-section. I was just wondering how long does this menstrual cycle usually last for you?

i am breastfeeding and i got an IUD at 6 weeks pp. i still haven't had a period at 11 weeks. i think if you are not BFing and don't have birth control, you can start your period from 4-6 weeks pp.

ETA: i'm not sure of your question. post-partum bleeding isn't really a "cycle" like normal menstrual cycles. it's just cleaning out your uterus after the baby (ok, i guess that can be considered a menstrual cycle...)
but i bled for about 5 weeks with a vaginal delivery

I had bleeding for about 6 weeks w/ my first. Not heavy but there was something there.

It was a vag birth though.

With my c-section I bled for like two months. Not heavy just lightly. Vaginally it was usually like 4 weeks. If you are concerned ask your doc but if you are only three weeks pp and still bleeding after a c-section that really does not seem alarming at all.

I had a vaginal delivery, but I didn't bleed very long just a couple of weeks and had my first period about five/six weeks after.

I had a c-section, and I bled for (please don't kill me, ladies) 10 days.
I exclusively breast fed, and had some break-through bleeding (but not really a period) at 6 weeks. And then no period until he was 6 months old (when he started to nurse less due to the introduction of solids)

I bleed about a week with both my kids, mostly spotting and never more than a light period. I had 2 c sections.
