Question How do you organize your cloth diapers?

    Advertisements
    I have started buying them....

Seems like it may get a little confusing...should I just get a drawer for each size? and maybe label the tags in the diaper if they are not already?

    What do you ladies do?

I have one of those closet maid cubby type things. If it's a size I'm not using, it gets put away. I sort by diaper type (fitted, prefold, AIO, pocket) and then by which ones I use the most.

I posted these a few months ago and our stash has changed but that's how I keep them organized...

Storage of diapers with a new bigger packs waiting to be prepped.

Bottom drawer. Left side are premium prefolds (folded in half) and the right side are infant prefolds.

    Middle drawer.
    Left side BG's 3.0
Middle OS Piddle Poodles in the front, Ticketybu prefold, zaichiki baby OBV prefold, and 2 BG's AIO (s)
Right OS Piddle Poodles and OS Goodmama's

    Top drawer.
Thirsties and Prorap covers left side (Thirsties have been replaced with SB's and BB covers)
    Soakers in the back middle
Pail powder in the front middle
Baby legs and extra wipes in the back right.
Flushable wipes for Sy, Dappi pins, snappies front right

Cloth wipes and solution in green spray bottle

    My laundry keeper

Laundry detergant for dipes (but starting to use it for everything now)
    A set of my balls.
    Bac-out
And there is bac-out solution in the red bottle to be sprayed on poopy diapers along with inserts.

All diapers that don't fit or we don't like...Nanipoos, Tykies, Wiggle Worm Bottoms, Mutts, and Mother's Touch.

Extra prefolds, preemies and dyed that are used for extra stuffing in our pockets.

I have a lot waiting to be washed so it is kinda bare.
Top row is all Kaia's diapers #1 is assorted fitteds. #2 is my Mutt 3sr in one pile, and regular Mutts in another. #3 is Wool, PUL covers, rrps, and washcloths for wipes.

Middle Row #1 is Kason's fitteds. #2 is BG 3.0 and other pockets. #3 is his dyed prefolds and all his covers.

Bottom row is #1 Kason's AIOs and cloth trainers (most are dirty). #2 is inserts for BG and pockets. #3 is microfiber towels and flats for stuffing the rrps.

Wet bags, snappis, pins are all on the top in a little basket.

Sorry that looks so crappy. My cat likes to get in there and push the stuff out to hide from the kids. I just snapped a quick picture.

I got a changing table with three drawers. The top drawer is fitteds and covers, the middle drawer is pockets and the bottom drawer is prefolds, flats and inserts.

    put them in the washer

if the baby is on solids and/or formula, then you have to rinse the poop off into the toilet, otherwise you just throw them into the washer. I do a pre rinse and an extra rinse along with a hot wash and they come out perfect. When molly was only on breast milk, I didn't have to rinse her diapers in the toilet first because breast milk poop is completely water soluble.
