finger foods? textures?
Lo is really into more texture and things he can feed himself. we've been doing grilled cheese here and there, he LOVES whole peas. then cheerios and puffs and yogurt melts. oh and animal crackers. what are some things you gave your kids at his age (9 1/2 months) that had more texture or things they could pick up to eat?
i make all of food if that makes a difference |

I'm not there yet and Molly still can't do more than purees because she doesn't understand the concept of not choking
but bananas are a ton of fun if you don't mind him making a mess. He'd probably love squishing the banana in his fist and between his fingers Spinach would be fun too if he likes paper (Molly ADORES paper) because it is fairly similar in how it is thin and whatnot... he might have fun trying to figure out what on earth you just gave him and how he is supposed to eat a leaf.
