Recomendations and guidelines are just that, it is what is perhaps recommended but not necessarily right for each child, i would trust the doctor who personally knows my baby to make that decision and if i feel comfortable with it and my baby is taking it happily then i see no problem. What is wrong for some may be just right for others.
