When did you let your baby sleep on their tummy?

Bella naps on her tummy every day in her pack n play and has for about a month or so now. She can hold her head up pretty well and even roll over to her side and on her back. When did you feel comfy letting baby sleep on their tummy for bed time?

I'd put her down and if she slept on her belly, I let her. From day 1. I went with what she chooses to do.

Now... she sleeps with her face under her boppy. Or shoved into her Boppy. She's a nut.

From day one. It was what she preferred and she still sleeps that way

I was always told back to sleep stomach to play. If they can roll on to their stomach while sleeping then I think it is ok

From day one. Wesson would NOT sleep on his back. Even now, I can lay him in his crib on his back and in two seconds, he's flipped onto his tummy.

Until two months he was always on his back. At two months I started letting him nap on his tummy. I never put him to sleep for the night on his tummy because I'm a paranoid momma. Once he started rolling over he started getting himself into his comfy position. Now he's a side sleeper.

I have been doing it since she was about a month old. She slept so much better when I moved her to her tummy. She scoots all around her crib now so I am much less worried.

I always put DS to sleep on his back. As soon as he could roll himself over to sleep on his tummy, I let him.

wow she's rolling over already. DD can't yet...half way there tho I've only let her sleep on her back...it was sooo drilled into my head from birthing class, but I think as soon as they can roll, it's ok.
