    Baby food jars??

    Advertisements
OUtside of recycling them, what can I do with them?? I feel terrible for throwing them away all the time and they seems like they could be convenient for things, but I'm the last thing from suzy homemaker and I can not think of really anything to do with them... I found ONE use of ONE jar.. I use it to store my safety pins.. but I don't have that many safety pins!!

    So, any creative ideas?

My DH uses them for taking oil and vinegar in for his salads at work. Perfect size. We just recycle them.

I've seen people use them as snack containers for when their babies are older. I'm making my own baby food and some of it is stored in old jars too.

I want to recycle them, but out local recycling place actually charges you to bring things to them to recycle, seriously. It's bogus. I'm thinking of just starting to make my own

making your own baby food is very easy.. and it is healthier too because you control exactly what your child eats. and cheaper!

I would use them to keep buttons in like those that always come with new shirts and so. I also could keep some of my scrapbook embellishments.

My sister used to use them for care packages. For example when her DH was gone she would take the boys to the beach, take pictures and put a little sand in a jar and add it to her care package so he could feel like he was there with them.

my dad used them for his garage ( nuts and bolts stuff like that) sometimes useful for lunches, but i would just keep some when you start making your own baby food.
