No powder... And we've never needed cream with cloth... the only time she ever got diaper rash she was using sposies in Italy. I have heard of people using fleece liners or the paper diaper liners when they need cream though. Some creams are also safer than others for CD's, I have no clue as to which though since we only used A&D with sposies.

I had a thread about this some time ago. Right now I'm using A&D but I fold the cheapy baby wash cloths in half and put the cream on that so it doesn't get on the diaper. She only gets a rash when shes been wearing a disposable though. Thankfully we've used up all the ones we had a long time ago

Cloth diapers and diaper rash cream?

We use Northern Essence. The couple times it's gotten bad when she was sick we use regular Destin but use a liner. Normally the liners I use are either old scraps of fleece and they get washed seperately.

I use lusaorganics. It is absolutely AMAZING. BEYOND amazing. I use it on my cuts and scrapes too to help them heal faster.

I got it in my gift bag at the birth center. I actually got the TRAVEL size and I still have about half left because you don't need much. Molly doesn't hardly get rash because cloth diapers are so breathable (she gets pink if we use PUL overnight instead of fleece or wool, but still rarely needs anything applied) but I still like to use this stuff to keep her skin all nice and pretty.

I've never used any other diaper cream although I was gifted some stuff. I don't want to use other stuff because it is too much of a hassle to make sure it doesn't get on the cloth diapers.
