Question If a babysitter is there during dinner time....

If a babysitter is watching Carter at dinner time, do I make sure they have dinner? Should I leave $20 and menus to places that deliver here?

    What do you do?

I'd let them know if there were any leftovers in the fridge they could help themselves to and/or leave some money and take-out menus.

I'd definitely leave money for pizza, or have a meal prepared.

when I babysat they either left money for pizza or told me there was something for dinner in the fridge. I preferred dinner from the fridge because as a teen I was uncomfy with ordering pizza and having to deal with the pizza guy alone... that was just shy me though!

Money for pizza would like, double the cost of the babysitting. I would find some other option- buy a frozen pizza or something and open up your fridge to him or her...how well do you know the babysitter?

I'd talk to them beforehand about the dinner situation. They are welcome to use the kitchen to make something if they bring it, here's some money for take out, etc.

the food in the fridge is a good idea!!! something for them to reheat is better than them calling the pizza or leaving the house with the baby!!!!

when I used to babysit they would say fridge is all yours lol

Thats what I was thinking, Im pretty cheap as it is. Id be buying our dinner, the babysitters dinner, and the babysitter herself!

I like the idea of a frozen pizza a lot.
