for moms who breastfeed/fed
When you were breastfeeding, did you ever notice that your baby was sensitive to any of the foods you ate? Were there any foods you had to limit or give up all together?
Neither of mine ever seemed to have issues with foods I ate, but I do hear of a lot of moms who have issues with certain things that upset their babies.

I drank some of the Mother's milk tea that is supposed to help increase your milk supply and that's when Nathan started spitting up. It's probably just coincidence but I haven't drank any since. Other than that, I haven't really noticed anything.

Madison had bad gas as a baby and everyone kept telling me it was something I ate. They told me to cut out milk, and spicy food (which I didn't eat), beans (which I didn't eat really either), and chocolate (blasphemy). So I did... She was still gassy. I finally got so irritated and people giving me crap that I told them I just wouldn't eat at all so the darn kid wouldn't have gas. I remember the BF consultant at the hospital telling me that it shouldn't matter what I ate, it wouldn't pass into the milk.
![]() So anyhow, I don't remember anything being a problem with Hayden except for when I had a whole ton of chocolate after Halloween
