    I know this is normal and will pass, but...

    I feel like banging my head against a wall or gouging my eyes out with a dull pencil.

    Lee (2.5 yrs) has started "baby talk". I know that it's because John Duncan has started cooing and that gets a reaction from everyone. So Lee will sit there and "goo" "ahh" etc for what seems like FOREVER. I try not to make a big deal one way or the other over it, but OH. MY. GOSH. It is getting on my last nerve.

    Another new favorite of his is pretending that he is some kind of animal and answering everything you ask with that animal sound.

    Me: "Lee, where did you put your cup?"
    Lee: "I not Lee. I an elephant."
    Me: "Lee, where did you put your cup?"
    Lee: ::impatient stare::
    Me: "Elephant, where did you put your cup?"
    Lee: ::elephant noise::
    Me: "Elephant, please bring me your cup."
    Lee: ::elephant noise::
    Me: "Lee, answer me."
    Lee: ::impatient stare::
    Me: "Elephant, answer me."
    Lee: ::elephant noise::

    OH. MY. GOSH. Waaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!
