    Dr Browns Bottles

    Advertisements
I was using the Playtex Drop Ins and squeezing the air out. I was burping Peanut but she was still pretty gassy. She sounded like Barney from the Simpsons twice every 4 ounces actually.

Someone recommended the Dr. Browns bottles. I got them yesterday and I have to say that as of this morning, they seem to have really made a difference. She isn't doing the really loud long burping (just a little delicate *blurp*) and she seems to be a bit more comfortable. She's farting a lot but that could just be the formula.

It's way less convenient to wash the bottles and all the parts. It's also a lot more difficult for nightly feedings and prepping the formula since you aren't supposed to shake the bottles since they can clog. BUT it is worth it for Peanut to not be as gassy.

If anyone is using these and has any tips, I'd be glad to take them! I'm off to Google now.
I would like to be with my for a while but thats what made me so tired in the first place!

Can you run the parts through the dishwasher? I want to run them through but I dont want to ruin the bottles since they cost a ton.

    I'm googling it now. LOL!

I think they may make a sterilizer. Sounds like I will be making a Babies R Us run

They sell a dishwasher basket so I think I am good to put them in the there. I may try it tonight but still googling to make sure. If I can run all these parts through the dishwasher then I am set!
