    For bf'ing moms

    Advertisements
A little something I've discovered... cloth diapers work great for bf'ing. I leak sometimes during feeding, and sometimes she'll pull off for a minute and i'll just be spurting a stream of milk or have milk rolling down my boob and getting everywhere. I tuck a cloth diaper in under my boob and it catches milk that escapes downward. I can also use it to express if I need to before she can latch on (if I'm too full at the beginning). Basically, the cloth diaper works great b/c it's so absorbent. We use disposable diapers but I have some cloth for burp rags and have discovered their usefulness for nursing too.

I take a infant size prefold, fold it in half long wise and shove it in my cami with the built in bra when I go to bed. Works like a charm and never moves when I roll around in bed
